Probe begins second drilling programme

Wednesday, 15th December 2004 (3342 views)

Probe Mines has announced that it has planned a second phase of diamond drilling at its Bristol Township property, which will take place in early January next year.

The programme is to test the lateral and vertical extent of the two new gold zones intersected in the drill programme that was completed in November.

Other zones identified through work in November will be studied further in future exploration programmes.

Probe suspects that its gold mineralisation will be a high grade and similar to recent findings at the Homer Gold site nearby.

Norex Drilling will be providing drilling services for the second phase programme, following its services in prior work and at least six holes will be drilled for this exploration.

Probe is a base and precious metal exploration company with a portfolio of highly prospective mineral properties.
