Magic Reflections, Piaget's new jewellery collection, stole the limelight recently at a party in Shanghai.

The new range, inspired by the beauty of the garden, was just one of a host of collections being showcased at the exclusive party, attended by some of the great and the good from the fashion and jewellery worlds.

Piaget has received huge acclaim for its diamond student watches but as a player in the field of jewellery design, its reputation has been modest.

However, if the reaction of party-goers in Shanghai is any indication, all that is about to change and Piaget is on its way to becoming a renowned name in the jewellery business.

The party was held at Three On the Bund, a trendy complex at the heart of Shanghai's nightlife.

The venue underwent a dramatic transformation and was turned into a "secret garden", complete with silver-gilt steel flora and garden gates.
