Thursday, 19th May 2005 (3803 views) Christie's is auctioning a host of gold medals as part of a special Football Memorabilia auction today.<br/><br/>A total of 339 items will be auctioned as part of the event, including shirts, medals and the oldest existing version of the FA Cup.<br/><br/>Gold items include a 15-carat gold FA Cup winners' medal, 15-carat gold and enamel medals, nine-carat gold division one medals and a European Super Cup winners' medal.<br/><br/>The auction of memorabilia also includes the 1966 World Cup winners' medal belonging to Alan Ball, which he previously announced he was planning to sell.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=8538746"/>
