Harvest Gold signs agreement with William KuranFriday, 27th June 2008 (582 views) Harvest Gold Corporation has announced into an option agreement with William Kuran.The agreement concerns the buying of all of William Kuran's rights, titles and interest in a mineral claim in the province of Manitoba. In return, Harvest Gold will pay $5,000 and give a total of 200,000 common shares in capital stock to William Kuran. The mineral claim is seven kilometres from Bisset, a gold mining community. In Manitoba, Canada Harvest Gold has three claims at Assean Lake and in the Rice Lake gold belt. Harvest Gold also owns the Rosebud mine and a gold property at Garcia Flats in Nevada. The Rosebud mine has 54 claims over 1,115 acres and has produced over one million ounces of gold. Following an agreement in May this year to conduct all exploration activities at the Rosebud mine, Greg Hill, president of Harvest Gold, said: "We believe that the exploration risk at Rosebud has been significantly reduced due to the abundance of historical information we have compiled and interpreted over the past six months."
