Adam Brown, 13, from Cumbernauld was acting as a temporary ball boy for the training session when he spotted the small St Christopher necklace on the pitch. Soccer legend Maradona presented the teen with his shirt, gloves and hat as a thank you for finding the gold medallion. Adam, who plays for the Celtic under-14s team, was delighted with gifts and the embrace Maradona gave him in thanks for spotting the jewellery. A man in Connecticut is seeking a couple who lost a wedding ring on a beach after he managed to locate the white gold band using a metal detector.
