Lappland Goldminers provides information about share issue

Lappland Goldminers has published additional information about a new share issue with preferential right.

According to the company, the subscription price for the offer is SEK7 (£0.60) per share and no commission will be charged.

The board of Lappland Goldminers voted on March 17th 2009 in favour of issuing new shares with preferential right for the shareholders.

A record day of April 23rd 2009 has been set for the right to participate in the issue and those who are shareholders in Lappland Goldminers will be entitled to subscribe for shares.

One share in the company will entitle the bearer to one subscription right, while ten subscription rights will allow the holder to buy one new share for SEK7 between April 27th and May 12th 2009.

Mining and exploration company Lappland Goldminers aims to become a producing mining business and has a number of gold deposits in the Guldlinjen (Goldline) in Vasterbotten.
